Braemar Seascope Group PLC15 January 2007 BRAEMAR SEASCOPE GROUP PLC ____________________________________________________________________ PRESS RELEASE For immediate release 15 January 2007 Braemar Seascope Group PLC ("the Group") Directorate Change Disclosures On 10 January 2007 the Board of Braemar Seascope Group PLC announced theappointment of Quentin Soanes and Denis Petropoulos as executive directors ofthe Group with immediate effect. Further to this announcement, pursuant to rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, theGroup makes the following disclosures in connection with these appointments. In addition to his directorship of the Group, Quentin Soanes is currently adirector of Haseley Finance Limited, Membury Investments Limited, The BalticExchange Limited and The Ship Valuation Panel Limited. Quentin was previously adirector of Starcomm Limited from 2000 until 2003. In addition to his directorship of the Group, Denis Petropoulos is currently adirector of Apetrop Limited. Denis was previously a director of The BalticExchange Limited from 2002 until 2005. No further disclosures are required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of theabove appointments.
