Resignation of Mr. Tim Demchenko, Director of the Company
The Company today announces that Mr. Demchenko has informed the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") of his decision to resign as Director of the Company with effect as of 2 June 2014 to allow him to pursue other interests. Mr. Demchenko joined the Board in October 2009 and has served in its nomination, remuneration and capital expenditure committees.
John Oliver, Company Chairman, thanked Mr. Demchenko on behalf of the Board for his important contribution to the Company and wished him well in his future endeavours.
