Directorate Changes

 

 

 

The Company announces that Mr Patrick A. Barrett, Mr Eugene McSweeney and 

Mr Michael O'Connor, all of whom are Directors of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, have retired from the Board of Kerry Group.

 

This follows the Company's stated intention to reduce the level of representation of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited on the Board of Kerry Group plc.
