The Board of Beale PLC announces that it has been informed by Keith Edelman, Chairman of his intention to retire from the Board. A search for his successor is underway and Keith has reiterated his commitment to continue as Chairman until such time as a suitable replacement has been found and appointed. A further announcement will be made in due course.
