British Land announces that there are no disclosures required pursuant to LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in regard to the appointment of Stephen Smith as an Executive Director and in regard to the appointment of Charles Maudsley as an Executive Director, both appointments effective early in 2010. Neither Mr. Smith nor Mr. Maudsley currently hold any shares in the company.
