DIRECTORATE CHANGE - DAVID D MCINTOSH John Menzies plc, today announces that the Company has mutually agreed withDavid McIntosh that he will leave the Company to pursue other interests aftercompleting 25 years' service. A search for David's replacement will begin shortly and will involve bothinternal and external candidates. David will continue in his current role and will assist in providing an orderlyhandover to his successor.
