Gavin Douglas Rigby, aged 36, has been with the Company for 5 years in theposition of Financial Controller. Prior to that Gavin performed financial andmanagement accountancy roles with a number of private sector companies. Gavin currently holds no ordinary shares in the Company. He holds 10,000 optionsin the Company. Commenting on the appointment Simon Cole said: "Having worked closely with Gavin for the last five years and especially sinceDecember as acting Finance Director, I'm really pleased that the Board hasconfirmed his promotion.
