esure Group plc has previously announced that Peter Ward would step down as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting having taken place on 17 May 2017, esure Group plc confirms that Peter Ward has now stepped down as a Non-Executive Director. 

Peter Shaw has succeeded Peter Ward as Chairman of the Risk Committee
