4 May 2006 BOARD CHANGE RETIREMENT OF GEORGE GREENER Reckitt Benckiser plc announces that George Greener, a non-executive director,decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held todayand has accordingly stepped down as a director at the conclusion of the AGM.George Greener was appointed to the Board in 1996.
