Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Board of First Derivatives plc ("First Derivatives" or the "Company") announces that due to his other business commitments Paul Kinney has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Company will seek to appoint a new non executive director in due course.
Brian Conlon, Chief Executive Officer stated: "We would like to thank Paul for his valuable contribution to the growth and development of First Derivatives during his time with the Company and we wish him well for the future."
