Appointment of Directors

UAE Oil Services PLC ("UOS") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dahi Yousef AlMansoori and Mr. Ahmed AlHosani as Non-executive Directors to the Board effective today. 

Dahi Yousef AlMansoori is a UAE citizen and a finance professional who has gained extensive skillset, network and recognition in the areas of local and international markets, economics, strategic leadership of financial companies and he will devote his experience and network for the full benefit of the Company as being a non-executive director and is believed to carry it to the next level.

Ahmed AlHosani is also a UAE citizen and a businessman that is highly skilled in the areas of strategic management of financial assets, financial analysis and marketing strategies for publicly listed companies. He is currently managing a portfolio of various investments within the GCC financial markets.

In addition to their directorships of the Company and its subsidiaries, the Directors are, or have been, members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies ("directorships") or partners of the following companies or partnerships, at any time in the five years prior to the date of this release:
