Resignation of Director
Rare Earth Global (AIM: REG) wish to announce the resignation of Mr Brian Ho as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Company would like to express its thanks to Brian for all his hard work and the time he has devoted to his duties and wish him every success in his future endeavours. Simon Ong will undertake all Brian's responsibilities until a replacement CFO has been recruited.
