Directorate Change - Correction

The following amendment has been made to the 'Directorate Change' announcement released on 22 March 2013 at 07:01 under RNS No 6061A. The announcement should have stated that Tony Bambridge has been appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director not an Executive Director. All other details remain unchanged. Produce Investments Plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato sector, is pleased to announce that Tony Bambridge has been appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effective.

Tony is currently Chairman of the Company's principal operating subsidiary, Greenvale AP ("Greenvale"). He has been involved with Greenvale since 1999, following the merger of Greenvale and the grower cooperative, Anglian Produce, of which Tony was Chairman. In 1988, Tony started B & C Farming Ltd, a farming company which grows over 1,200 hectares of crops, with a particular bias towards potatoes, both seed and ware. Tony has been influential in ensuring Greenvale maintains a long term and balanced approach in its dealings with its grower base.

Save as set out in this announcement there are no further matters to be disclosed under Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
