Further to the announcement made on 20 March 2012, Serco Group plc (the Company) confirms that Leonard Broese van Groenou retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Monday 14 May 2012.
Angie Risley succeeded Leonard as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and also became a member of the Company's Audit Committee, on that date.
