Directorate Change – clarification
The following announcement has been made further to the announcements to the UK regulatory network at 07:00BST on 1 September 2015 and at 19:16EDT on 31 August 2015 to the Canadian timely distribution network. Arian Silver Corporation (the “Company”) would like to clarify the effective date of the resignation of Messrs Rodz and Laing was 28 August 2015, following which the remaining members of the Board approved the Company’s quarterly financial statements and MD&A.
The Board would like to thank Messrs Rodz and Laing for their past service, and to recognise their valuable contribution to the development of the Company.
