Solomon Gold PLC25 May 2007 Solomon Gold plc25 May 2007 For immediate release 25 May 2007 Solomon Gold plc ("The Company") Director resignation The Company advises that Mr David Jelley has resigned (for personal reasons) as a Director and Operations Manager of Solomon Gold plc. Since operations were re-commenced in Solomon Islands in October 2005, Mr Jelleyhas been instrumental in establishing what is now the largest exploration operation in Solomon Islands. A highly experienced senior management team has been in place for some time covering all aspects of the Company's exploration activities, and this team will continue to manage these activities. The Company's exploration, logistics, local liaison and administration functionsare all being managed in accordance with the established practices for Solomon Gold field operations and have been adjusted to deal with the departure of the Operations Manager.
