RSA announces Directorate change
1 March 2012
Further to the announcements made on 21 November 2011 and 23 February 2012 regarding George Culmer we can now confirm that he will cease to be a director of RSA Insurance Group plc with effect from the close of business on 14 May 2012. Mr Culmer is not seeking re-election as a director at the Company's AGM held on that date.
