LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 30APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTORNOTIFICATION DATED 04.11.2010

In terms of Clause 30 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that the Central Government, in exercise of the powers confirmed by clause (cb) of Section 19 read with sub-section (3) of the Section 20 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955) and Rule 4 of the State Bank of India (Appointment of Employee Directors) Rules, 1974, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, has nominated Shri. G. D. Nadaf (DoB: 01.06.1952). Deputy Manager, Local Head Office, Banglore as officer employee Director on the Central Board of Directors of State Bank of India for a period of three years from the notification or until he ceases to be an officer of the State Bank of India or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.General ManagerState Bank of India
