Duncan read Economics at Nottingham University and subsequently qualified as aChartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. He joined Avesco plc in October2000 as Group Financial Controller subsequently becoming Chief Operating Officerand Financial Officer of Creative Technology North America, the largest divisionof Avesco. In March 2006 he became Finance Director of Connect Mortgages Group Ltd.
