The Company announces that Jim Pettigrew has been appointed Chairman of the Board's Governance and Nomination Committee (Committee) with effect from 29 April 2016, subject to regulatory approval. Jim joined the CYBG PLC group in September 2012 and became Chairman on 1 August 2014. He is a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee.

Barbara Ridpath, a Non-Executive Director on the Board stepped down as Committee Chairman with effect from 28 April 2016.
