OpSec, a leading supplier of anti-counterfeiting technologies and services, announces that Mr. Mark Turnage has stepped down from his position as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Turnage was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board in August 2014 having previously been Chief Executive of the Company since 2001.

Richard Fuller, Chairman of the Company, commented:

"Mark has been a key member of the management team and our Board for many years overseeing significant changes and successfully concluding a series of acquisitions. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his many years of service to OpSec."
