His extensive bidexperience includes retail, media, property, and financial services, bothdomestic and international. Between September 2005 and April 2007, Philip served as a Non-Executive Directorat Compel Group plc: a leading provider of IT solutions which was purchased byand became part of the 2e2 Group in March 2007. Philip is currently a SeniorAdviser at Hawkpoint Partners Ltd, a leading independent corporate financeadvisory firm and since May 2007, Philip has also held the Non-ExecutiveChairmanship of Rugby Estates Investment Trust plc: a London-listed 'REIT'focused on building a portfolio of investment properties across the UK.
