Wichford plc02 May 2006 Wichford PLC ("Wichford "or "the Company") Board Change The Company today announces the resignation of Gareth Evans as a Non-executiveDirector with effect from 1 May 2006. Mr Evans is leaving the Board of Wichfordto enable him to devote more time to a new business venture located in Hong Kong. As a consequence it would be very difficult logistically for him to devotesufficient time to the affairs of Wichford on an ongoing basis.
