Appointment of director

Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in iron ore and manganese in Australia and Zambia, and uranium investments in Africa and Australia, is pleased to announce that on 26 October 2009 Manoli George Richard Yannaghas, aged 36, was appointed an executive director of the Company.
Manoli started his career as a financial analyst at Greenwich Associates, a leading US financial consultancy company. For the past ten years he has worked in various operational roles within small and medium sized businesses. He has been head of operations for Red Rock Resources Plc for the past 3 years where his responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities of Red Rock's various interests in Africa and Australia.
Save in respect of the following options over 0.1p ordinary shares, Mr Manoli has no interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company :
