Board Changes
Appointment of Director:
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Holloway as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
David has over 20 years experience in IT, including working in successful start-ups. Most recently David was Chief Executive and co-founder of Codian Limited, which was set up in 2003 and sold to Tandberg in 2007 for $270M. David is now Senior Vice President of Network Products at TANDBERG ASA listed as TAA on the Oslo stock market.

There are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require disclosure under paragraph (g) (iii) to (viii) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
Changes to Existing Board:
@UK also announces that Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer John Aiken is leaving the company and has resigned as a Director today. The Board would like to thank John for his contribution over the last three years.
