CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

 

LSL Property Services plc (LSL), announces the resignation of Kumsal Bayazit as a Non Executive Director and member of its Remuneration Committee, Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee with effect from LSL's 2019 AGM which will take place on 30th April 2019.

Kumsal was appointed to the LSL Board in September 2015 and has made a significant contribution during her tenure as a Non Executive Director. Kumsal was recently appointed CEO of Elsevier, effective from 15th February 2019 and intends to focus on this new role. The process to recruit a new Non Executive Director to the LSL Board is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
