Colin Tucker, aged 61, is the deputy chairman of Hutchison 3G, having been itsManaging director between 2000 and 2003. Mr Tucker is a director of Hutchison 3GUK Limited, Hutchison 3G UK Holdings Limited, Morse PLC and Oxhill AviationLimited. He was director of TTP Communications PLC until July 2006. He is alsothe Chief Operating Officer, International Operations, of Orange plc. Mr David, aged 42, is the General Counsel of the ARM group. Mr David is adirector of ARM Limited.
