Director and Alternate Director of the Board Tender Resignations

On 1 December 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had received letters from its Director, Mr. Ignacio Rolando Driollet and from its Alternate Director, Mr. Martín Gonzalo Etchevers, whereby they informed the Company that, for personal reasons, they had decided to tender their resignation to their positions of Director and Alternate Director respectively, effective as from 1 January 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company will hold a meeting to consider Mr. Driollet's and Mr. Etchevers' resignations pursuant to the Argentine General Associations Law.
