Change of Directors

Vale International Group Ltd., incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the technology sector in Europe and/or Asia is pleased to announce that Dato'Haji Abd Jalil Bin Haji Bohari has joined the board of directors.

Dato'Haji Abd Jalil Bin Haji Bohari was educated at La Salle School, Klang in MalaysiaHe then furthered his study at the Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara in the field of building technology. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

He is currently a director of Abja Wawasan Enterprise where he has served since its inception in 1999.

There is no further information on Dato'Haji Abd Jalil Bin Haji Bohari required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the UKLA's Listing Rules and he holds no shares in the Company.
