Resignation of Director

The Board of Westmount announces that, as part of an ongoing assessment of the appropriate level of the cost base for the Company, it has today accepted the resignation of Marc Yates from the Board with effect from the Company's financial year end of 30 June 2011. The Board wishes Marc well and thanks him for his contribution over the past 13 years.
