Appointment of Independent Directors and resignation of Director

The Company announces the appointment of Christopher Legge and Tony Kane as non-executive independent directors to the Board, with effect from 27 August 2010.

The Company also announces the resignation of George Grunebaum from the Board of Directors, with effect from 31 August 2010. The Board thanks George for his valuable contribution to the Company during his time as a Director.

Christopher Legge, who is a Guernsey resident, has over 25 years experience in financial services. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1980 and spent the majority of his career based in Guernsey with Ernst & Young including being the senior partner of Ernst & Young in the Channel Islands. Christopher retired from Ernst & Young in 2003 and currently holds a number of directorships in the financial sector including the following investment companies of which he chairs the audit committee; BH Macro Limited, Goldman Sachs Dynamic Opportunities Limited and Third Point Offshore Investors Limited.

Tony Kane, who is a US resident, has 33 years experience in the field of Emerging Markets investment with JP Morgan, Equitable Capital Management Corporation, Australia and New Zealand Bank and, from 1999 to 2005, Ashmore. Tony has covered a broad range of investment management, corporate finance, credit, banking and private equity related activities in Emerging Markets.

There are no disclosures to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (2-6). All of Christopher's and Tony's current directorships in publicly quoted companies and in the past five years are noted below as required by LR 9.6.13 (1).

Audit Committee membership

The Directors welcome Christopher and Tony to the Board and announce that Christopher and Tony will also be joining the Company's audit committee with effect from 27 August 2010. Christopher will join as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee following the resignation of George 31 August 2010.

Conversion Committee

Christopher will also join the Company's Conversion Committee with effect from 27 August 2010.
