He will leave the Company on 30thSeptember 2007. Mark has served on the Fairplace Board for the last fifteenyears and has now decided to leave to pursue other career opportunities. He hasbeen responsible for establishing Fairplace as one of the most trusted andrespected career transition businesses in the UK and in recent years has steeredthe business through challenging market conditions and been instrumental inwidening its range of services to include talent managing and coaching as wellas restoring the business to profitability Jonathan Cohen has been appointed Executive Chairman with effect from today.Commenting on Mark's departure, Jonathan Cohen said ' I have known Mark for manyyears and he is a highly regarded figure within the industry and whilst weregret he has decided to leave Fairplace we wish him the very best for whateverhe now goes on to do'.
