UBM plc today announces that Jonathan Newcomb will step down from the Board on 31 December 2015 having served as a Non-executive Director since his appointment in September 2001.

Dame Helen Alexander, Chairman of UBM plc, said:

“Jon has made a significant contribution to the UBM Board over the past 14 years, having seen the Company through various key phases of its development. He was an excellent chair of the Audit Committee and has provided wise counsel with his extensive knowledge of the publishing and data industries. He will be missed by his colleagues on the Board.
