Board Change

Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") to appoint new Non-Executive Director.

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Marisa Cassoni will be appointed as a new Non-Executive Director from 1 April 2015 and will serve on the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration committees of the Board.

Ms. Cassoni is a qualified ICAEW chartered accountant and finance professional with 40 years of experience. She was previously Finance Director of the UK Division of Prudential Group. Between 2001 and 2006 she was Finance Director of the Post Office (subsequently Royal Mail), and between 2006 and 2012 she was Finance Director of the John Lewis Partnership. Ms. Cassoni is currently a Non-Executive Director of AO World plc, Skipton Group Holdings Limited and The People's Operator plc, where she chairs the Audit Committees. She also sat on the Economics Affairs Committee of the CBI and is currently a panel member of the Competition and Markets Authority.

Disclosure given pursuant to LR 9.6.13:-

Currently a Non-executive Director of AO World plc since February 2014 and The People's Operator plc since October 2014.

Previously a non-executive director of Partnership Assurance Group plc (12 May 2013 to 11 March 2014), WSP Group plc (1 January 2006 to 21 June 2010) and, until 26 February 2015, a non-executive director of GFI Group Inc., a company quoted on the New York Stock Exchange.

In accordance with LR 9.6.15 the Company confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Marisa Cassoni pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
