This is to inform you that Mr. Ratan .N. Tata has stepped down as Chairman of Tata Global Beverages Limited effective 20th November, 2012 and Mr. Cyrus P Mistry has been appointed Chairman. However, Mr. Tata will continue as Director on the Board of Tata Global Beverages Ltd till his retirement in December, 2012.
