28 March, 2011 Daily Mail and General Trust plc (`DMGT') Directorate Changes
As announced on 9 February, 2011, Stephen Daintith, who joined the Company at the beginning of January, today takes up his appointment to the Board as Finance Director of DMGT, succeeding Peter Williams, who retired from the Board of DMGT on Friday 25 March 2011.
Stephen was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Dow Jones and before that Chief Financial Officer of News International.
There are no further details which require disclosure pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
