Anglo-Eastern Plantations, which owns approximately 132,000 hectares of plantation land, primarily in Indonesia, and operates approximately 40,000ha of developed plantations, announces that David Smith, Non Executive Director, has informed the Company that he will resign from the Board with effect from 4 March 2009.
