Tim, 48,also becomes a member of the Company's audit, remuneration and nominations'committees. Tim is currently a Director of H2 Glenfern Limited, H2JL Limited and alsoStonecourt Properties Limited. Prior to this Tim was Managing Director and Headof EMEA Debt and Equity Research at Merrill Lynch and has also been Director ofSales at Credit Lyonnais and before that Citigroup. Within the past five years, Tim has also been a Director of Merrill Lynch PierceFenner and Smith Limited but resigned in December 2002. No further disclosuresare required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
