Trading Update
UBC expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 March 2012 on 11 June 2012. In what has been a difficult year in the media sector, we are pleased to report we expect trading to be in line with expectations.
Directorate Change
UBC is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Dent as Finance Director following a rigorous selection process. He will be appointed to the board with immediate effect. Chris previously worked at Deloitte where he spent 10 years within audit and corporate finance, specialising in working with media and technology clients.
He takes over from Jenny Donald, who had returned to UBC as Interim Finance Director in June 2011 and leaves to continue her sailing adventures.

We are very delighted to have found and secured Chris. His experience should prove invaluable at a time of important strategic development for UBC."
