Directorate Change and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Havelock Europa (AIM:HVE.L), the international interior solutions provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2014 is now available on its website (www.havelockeuropa.com) and has been posted to shareholders.

The Company also announces that Andrew Burgess has informed the Board of his intention to resign as a Non-executive Director of the Company at the end of May 2015.

Andrew Burgess joined the Board in November 2013. He has recently assumed a full time role overseas which means that he will not be able to continue in his Non-executive position with Havelock. Mr. Burgess has indicated that he intends to retain his 18.95% shareholding in the Company.
