Board Change and PDMR share dealing

Tony Mack, Non-Executive Director of Air Partner, has announced his intention to retire from the Board at the AGM in June 2014. Although retiring, Mr Mack, the 64 year old son of the late Tony Mack Senior, who founded Air Partner in 1961, has accepted the honorary position of Life President reflecting his commitment and support to Air Partner throughout 40 years of service.

As part of his retirement planning Mr Mack has sold 360,067 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares"), at a trade price of 500p, on 4 November 2013. Air Partner was advised of the disposal on 5 November 2013. Following the transaction, Mr Mack now has interest in 700,000 Ordinary Shares or 6.8% of the total voting rights of the Company. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 10,261,693. Mr Mack has made this disposal for retirement and tax planning purposes.
