Directorate Change and PDMR appointment

The Company announces the resignation of Mark Darby as Chief Operations Officer of Kellan with immediate effect.

The Company is pleased to announce that Liam Humphreys has joined the Group as Managing Director and he will be responsible for all operational matters and reporting to Richard Ward, the Executive Chairman.

As Mr Humphreys's role is currently a non-Board appointment, no disclosure is required under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.

Richard Ward, Executive Chairman of Kellan, commented "I would like to thank Mark for his considerable efforts on behalf of the Group over the last 11 years and wish him well in the future. I would also like to welcome Liam to the Group and wish him every success in his new role."
