Further Extension of Loan
Appointment of Director
Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc (AIM: SDIC), the pan-German residential property investment company listed on AIM, announces that, further to the announcement on 10 January 2011, Jim Mellon, a director and substantial shareholder of the Company, has agreed to further extend the term of the loan made in July 2010.
The loan was due to mature on 18 February 2011 but it has now been agreed that it will mature on 18 March 2011. All other terms of the loan remain the same.
The Company also announces the appointment of Stephen John Turner as a Non-Executive Director of SDIC. Mr Turner is a director of SMP Partners Limited which provides administrative services to the Company.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies the following information in relation to the appointment of Mr Turner, aged 44, to the board of the Company, is disclosed:
