Notification of Major Interest in Shares
DCD Media, the independent TV distribution and production company, announces that its major shareholder Timeweave Ltd ("Timeweave") has increased its shareholding in the Company. DCD Media also announces that David Green has resigned as non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank David for his guidance and contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
Timeweave has acquired 132,197 ordinary shares of £1 each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 5.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, belonging to Mr Green, at a price of 90.8p per Ordinary Share. In addition, Timeweave acquired the 503,428 deferred shares of £1 each belonging to Mr Green for an aggregate consideration of £1. As a result of the transaction, Timeweave's shareholding has increased to 1,694,377 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 66.67 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
