Directorate change and change of registered office
Origo Sino-India Plc ("OSI" or "the Company") announces the resignation of Stockton Birthisel, a non-executive director and company secretary of OSI, with immediate effect. The Company would like to thank Mr Birthisel for his contribution to the development of the Company. Sandra Georgesen has been appointed as the Company's new company secretary.
