Cobham CONFIRMS ALAN SEMPLE appointment AS AUDIT COMMITTEE CHAIR
Cobham plc previously announced the appointment of Alan Semple as a Non-executive Director effective from 25 February 2015. He will also become the Chair of the Board's Audit Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2015. Alan replaces Mike Wareing who will stand down as Chair on that date but will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
