Low & Bonar PLC23 February 2005 23 February 2005 LOW & BONAR PLC APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Low & Bonar PLC, the specialist manufacturing group, announces today theappointment of Chris Littmoden, 61, to the Board as a Non-Executive Directorwith immediate effect. Chris Littmoden is a Chartered Accountant who spent the majority of his careerat Marks and Spencer PLC. He was a main board director for eight years andbecame Finance Director before he moved to the USA to manage Marks & Spencer'sinterests in North America and Japan. Since leaving Marks & Spencer in 1999 hehas held several Non-Executive positions.
