UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television ("CCTV") and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that Chan Chiu Wah, known as Mike Chan, has tendered his resignation as a Director and will leave the Company on 31 October 2019. The Company is already looking to appoint a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.
