Directorate changes

Bristol Water plc announces a number of changes to its Board and executive director responsibilities.

Mike King has been appointed as an executive director with immediate effect in the role of Regulatory Director. He was previously the Company's Director of Regulation.

Alan Parsons, Managing Director, has indicated his wish to retire by 30 September 2011. His responsibilities are primarily being assumed by Luis Garcia, Chief Executive Officer. Alan will remain on the Board until 30 September 2011 but ceases to be Managing Director forthwith.

Robert Brito has been appointed as Operations Director, an executive director role, with effect from 1 January 2011. Robert has substantial experience of water operations and has most recently been Deputy General Manager and Technical Manager at the Macau Water Supply Company.

Stefano Pellegri and Ciril Rozman have resigned their non-executive directorships with immediate effect and will concentrate on their senior roles within the Agbar group.
