John Menzies plc is today pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Eaton as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2015.

Geoff has had an extensive executive career including the positions of Chief Operating Officer at Premier Foods plc and Chief Executive Officer at Uniq plc. He has experience in diverse corporate cultures and has extensive business to business experience in both Europe and the USA.

He is also currently Executive Chairman of New England Seafood International.
